About a week and a half ago Charly started smiling a little. She is smiling more and more all the time and even when she isn't grinning she has a happy look on her face. She is just pure sunshine! She still will cuddle pretty good but she also is getting strong and wants to lift her head up and look around. Just the other day we were all laughing and she was looking around at us and started making noises like she wanted to try to laugh too.

Curt figures it's high time Charly learned her letters, so he has started "teaching" her. This was yesterday morning, he was telling her every letter and the sound it makes. Believe it or not he is proving out to be quite a good big brother!

We could tell those smiles were close when we were up there. Sure wish we could see her, but the pictures are great. Keep them coming! What a great way for Curt to practice his schooling...teaching little sister. Hug everyone for me. I love you. Mom
